The meet will be Short course (25m). The meet will be at Hamdan Sports Complex – Training Pool.

Spectator Information
Daily Pass (2 sessions) AED 15
Weekend Pass (4 sessions) AED 25
Admission for spectators will be on a first come, first serve basis. Spectators are asked to stay in the designated spectator seating area at all times.
At the end of each day, the organizer will hold a lucky draw and one spectator will
receive a special prize.

Technical RulesThe event is open to all clubs.
Each club is allowed to participate with an unlimited number of swimmers.
Each individual club member may participate in any number of events.
All events will be swum as timed finals.
There are no entry qualification times.
Heats will be seated as per entry submissions.
Please submit only verifiable and accurate times for your swimmers or they may not be considered for an event. Each club should designate one (1) team official to be responsible for swimmers entries. Each club should designate one (1) team official to be responsible for overseeing all activities of the swimmers throughout the entire meet.
Each club is responsible for the health and welfare of their swimmers.
The meet will be run in accordance with FINA rules and regulations and times achieved can be taken as “official”. The organizer reserves the right to reject any entries if and when necessary.
Awards
Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for each Age Category, for both Male and Female participants.
There will be an additional Cup awarded for both the Top Male and Female in the Age Categories of 8/9 and 10/11 years of age.

If you are unable to use Hy -Tek , a manual entry submission will be accepted with an additional administrative fee of AED 300/per club.
Entry Deadline
25 March 2019, 12:00 pm Changes will be accepted until 01 April 2019, 12:00 pm
After this time all entries will be consider complete and payment due on the day of the meet.
